What fruit can I use in a cobbler?
Now, of course I used blueberries but there are so many delicious options that can be used here. I would suggest strawberries, raspberries, blackberries or even some sort of mixed berry cobbler would be great. What ever fruit you use, it will be so good. Just don’t forget to top with ice cream or whipped cream to really take it over the top.
Fresh or Frozen Blueberries
Either will work here! I prefer to use frozen because I typically buy a few bags from the store to keep on hand. I’ve never have a problem with them cooking up or being too watery, the consistency is always perfect! I like using frozen over fresh because it’s typically comes out cheaper especially since this recipe needs a lot of blueberries. Fresh blueberries would also be delicious, it’s all about personal preference here.

Storing blueberry cobbler
Since we are using fruit, I highly recommend refrigerating any leftovers you may have. Cover tightly with aluminum foil or plastic wrap. The cobbler will stay fresh for up to 3 days in the fridge.
