Blueberry Filling
8cupFrozen Blueberries
1/3cupSugar
3TablespoonAll purpose Flour
1TablespoonSugar in the Raw
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Spray a baking pan or skillet with non-stick baking spray.2. In a medium bowl combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and butter together until butter is well incorporated and pea sized. Add in the buttermilk. Set aside.3. In a seperate medium bowl, mix together the blueberries, sugar, and flour together. Pour into a 9x13 inch baking pan or a 12 inch non-stick skillet. Spoon the biscuit dough over the blueberries. Brush the biscuit dough with buttermilk and sprinkle with sugar in the raw.4. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until the biscuits are golden brown. Enjoy with vanilla ice cream.
