This Berry Crisp is so quick, easy and delicious! Strawberries, Blackberries, Blueberries and Raspberries are topped with a crumbly oat topping to make an absolutely delicious summer favorite.
Heyyyy There!!! Can y’all believe we are in the full swing of Summer. Even though this summer feels way different that any other summer, that doesn’t mean we still can’t enjoy it.

Now ya’ll know I love a quick and easy desserts, one that comes together in minutes and takes very little baking time. So this Quick and Easy Berry Crisp is right up my alley.
For this recipe I used a bag of frozen berries that included strawberries, raspberries, blackberries and blueberries. I topped it with a cinnamon oat crisp topping and it turned out so delicious.

Can I use fresh berries?
Of course you can! If you use fresh berries, you will need 2 cups of berries. So for example, 1/2 cup of strawberries, 1/2 cup of blueberries….etc.
Can I just use only one type of berry?
Of course! This recipe is so versatile so by all means, a strawberry crisp will be amazing or even a blackberry crisp. Seriously this recipe is no fuss.

Oat Topping
For the oat topping, make sure your butter is softened to help all the ingredients full incorporate.

Let’s Make a Berry Crisp
Grab two bowls. Add your berries, cornstarch and sugar together and mix. In another bowl, mix the Flour, Oats, Brown Sugar, Sugar, Salt, Cinnamon and Butter together until completely combined.
Add the berries into a 9 in Pie pan and add the crisp topping. Bake for 35-40 minutes. Let it cool for about 10 minutes, serve with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.

Ingredients
Berry Filling
- 16 oz Frozen Bag of Berries
- 1 1/2 tablespoon Cornstarch
- 1/4 cup Sugar
Crisp Topping
- 3/4 cup Flour
- 1/2 cup Oats
- 3/4 cup Brown Sugar
- 1/4 cup Sugar
- Pinch Salt
- 1/2 cup Butter
Instructions
- 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 2. In a bowl, combine berries, sugar and cornstarch. Place the mixture in a 9 in pie plate. Set aside. 3. In a separate bowl, combine flour, oats, brown sugar, sugar, cinnamon, salt and softened butter together. 4. Add the oat mixture onto the berries. 5. Bake for 35-40 minutes. Let sit for 10 minutes before cutting into.
