This Cinnamon Swirl loaf has the perfect amount of sweetness, the perfect amount of spice and is so good. Perfect with or without that cup of coffee.
Items Needed for this Recipe
- 9 inch Loaf Pan
- Butter
- Sugar
- Brown Sugar
- Eggs
- Sour Cream
- Cinnamon
- Flor
- Baking soda
- Salt
Recipe Tips
- Make sure to spray your 9 in loaf with non stick cooking spray.
- When adding cinnamon sugar to the first half of the batter, make sure to press into the batter. Do the same for the top of the loaf after pouring in the remaining batter.

How do I make this Recipe?
First preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Next spray your loaf pan with non-stick cooking spray. Measure out all of your dry ingredients and place them in a bowl. Set Aside. In a mixer or in a separate bowl,combine softened butter, brown sugar, sugar and eggs. Then the sour cream and the milk.
Next scoop in your dry ingredients. Mix until just combined so you don’t overwork the batter. Whatever isn’t properly mixed can be mixed by hand.

Pour half the batter into the loaf pan, add the cinnamon sugar mixture on top. Add the remaining batter and add the remaining cinnamon sugar on top, making sure to pat into the batter and swirl it in.
Bake at 350 for 55-60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Enjoy!
