How to make Oreo Cheesecake Brownies
Start out by making the cheesecake layer first. In a medium size bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, sugar, vanilla extract and egg. Set aside.
In a bowl, mix together the cocoa powder, flour, and salt together, then set aside until ready to use. In a seperate bowl, melt the butter with the chocolate. Add in the sugar and mix until very well combined, about one minutes. Add in the eggs, then fold in the dry ingredients. Pour the cheesecake layer over the brownie batter, then add on the crushed oreos.
Pour your batter into a 9×9 or 8x 8 inch and bake at 325 degrees for 30-35 minutes.

What you will need for brownies
- Cream Cheese
- Sugar
- Vanilla Extract
- Unsalted Butter
- Chocolate Chips
- Eggs
- All Purpose Flour
- Cocoa Powder
- Pinch Salt
- Oreo’s
Can I make these the night before?
Of course you can! After the cheesecake brownies have cooled, place the entire pan in the fridge until ready to serve. When ready to serve, cut into squares.
What type of Oreo’s can I use?
You can definitely use whatever type you’d like! I went with the original Oreo’s but Golden Oreo’s, or perhaps one of the seasonal Oreo flavors will also work in this recipe.

How to store the Brownies
After cutting into squares, place each remaining brownie into an airtight container in the fridge. Because this recipe has cream cheese on top, it’s best kept in the fridge for maximum shelf life. Brownies will stay fresh for 3-4 days.
