Ingredients
1cupUnsalted Butter
1 1/2cupDark Brown Sugar
1/2cupGranulated Sugar
1teaspoonVanilla Extract
2Large Eggs
1 teaspoonBaking Soda
1cupBread Flour
1 3/4 cupAll Purpose Flour
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
In the bowl of a stand mixer, cream together sugar, brown sugar and butter together for 2 minutes or until light and fluffy. Scrape down the bowl and mix on low for an additional 30 seconds.
While the mixer is going, in a separate bowl whisk together the AP and bread flour, baking soda and pinch of salt. Set aside.
Add in eggs and vanilla and mix until fully combined. Scrape down the sides and bottom of the bowl.
Stop the mixer and add in dry ingredients until just combined. Remove the paddle attachment and fold in chocolate chunks with a rubber spatula.
Scoop cookies 2 inches apart on parchment lined paper. Bake for 10-12 minutes then let them cool for 1-2 minutes before enjoying.
