I absolutely love brownies especially rich and fudgy brownies! These mocha Oreo brownies are the best and so easy to make. The best part about this recipe is that these are ONE BOWL BROWNIES!! The perfect combination of both fudgy and just ever so slightly cakey brownies to help balance out the mocha frosting. Seriously so good.

Tips for making the best brownies
- Good quality chocolate. Better chocolate makes for the best fudgy rich brownies. For this recipe I used Ghiradelli’s Semi-Sweet Chocolate Bar.
- Don’t leave the brownies in too long. Start checking the brownies for doneness right around the 25 minute mark. Poke the middle of the brownies with a toothpick, a few crumbs will stick to the toothpick.
