Can I just tell y’all amazing these blondies were. I got the recipe from Half Baked Harvest and let me just tell ya… these are life changing. Seriously like a dance party in my mouth…. a lot of salty, sweet, chewy, peanut buttery chocolatey goodness going on.
These were super easy to make and I seriously had to stop myself from eating the batter out straight out the bowl.
If your a peanut butter fan….chocolate fan…or just love a bomb ass blondie recipe…pick up your kitchen utensils and get to baking.
Start by melting the butter and peanut butter together in a microwave safe bowl. Make sure to microwave in increments of 30 seconds. Once the PB and butter are nice and acquainted, go ahead an mix in the sugar, vanilla and eggs.
At this point, I’m pretty sure I was drooling so I may or may not have tasted the batter… you know to make sure I didn’t leave anything out.
Next add the dry mix, the chocolate chips and now your ready to put this deliciousness in your pan. Scoop about half of the batter into the bottom of then dollop the remaining peanut butter on top, now pour the rest of the batter into the pan. Pop these bad babies in the oven and try to wait as patiently as you can. Once they are done, let cool completely before cutting.
I hope you enjoy these as much as I did.
