I’ve been trying my best to meal prep for the past few weeks and so far its been going well. I try to make sure I have all of my meals for the work week in order so I wont have any excuse. I have my lunch prep ideas down to the T but usually struggle with breakfast choices. I often need something quick, easy but yet filling and delicious. This baked Oatmeal was the perfect breakfast, spiced apples, crunchy walnuts and the goodness of the oats!
I started out by preheating the oven to 350 degrees. Measure out all of your ingredients and place everything into the same bowl and mix well. Pour into prepared baking dish and bake for about 35-40. This smelled so good, nothing like cinnamon spiced apples baking in the oven. Once this was done I served it warm, and added a little milk to mine and it was so delicious!
This Baked Oatmeal is my new favorite thing. It was simple to make. I’ll be making this for sure when my entire family comes in a few months, I’m sure it will be a hit!
