Ingredients

  • 1 cup Butter
  • 1 ¼ cup Light Brown Sugar
  • ½ cup Sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 T Vanilla Extract
  • 2 ¼ cup All Purpose Flour
  • ½ t Baking Powder
  • 1 t Salt
  • 2/3 cup White Chocolate Chips
  • 1 cup Fresh or Frozen Raspberries

Instructions

  • Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9x13 inch baking pan with non-stick baking spray.
  • Grab two bowls, in the first bowl measure out your dry ingredients. In the second bowl, grab a microwavable safe bowl, melt butter.
  • Add in the brown sugar and sugar to the melted butter, mix until well combined.
  • Next, add in the eggs and vanilla. Mix until combined.
  • Gradually stir the flour into the wet ingredients.
  • Fold in the white chocolate and raspberries until just combined. Be careful not to overmix.
  • Pop into the oven for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
