Ingredients

  • 1 Store Bought Pie Crust
  • 2 Large Sweet Potatoes Peeled, Halved, Boiled
  • 1/2 cup Butter Melted
  • 1/2 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Evaporated Milk
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 tablespoon Vanilla
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon Nutmeg
  • 1 1/2 tablespoon All Purpose Flour

Instructions

  • 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
    2. Peel the sweet potatoes, cut in half and boil for about 25 minutes until fork tender.
    3. Place the sweet potatoes in a mixing bowl and let cool for about 5 minutes.
    4. Mix the sweet potatoes for about 2 minutes to release some of the heat. Mix in the butter, sugar, eggs, milk, spices, vanilla and flour.
    5. Pour into prepared pie crust.
    6. Bake for 55 minutes at 350 degrees.
