1cupUnsalted Buttersoftened
1cupBrown Sugar
1/2cupGranulated Sugar
2Eggs
1TablespoonVanilla Extract
2 3/4cupAll Purpose Flour
1teaspoonBaking Soda

2cupSemi-Sweet Chocolate Roughly Chopped
1TablespoonFlaky Sea Salt
Instructions
1. In the bowl of a stand mixer or a large bowl, cream together the butter, sugar and brown sugar for at least 3 minutes. Add in eggs one at a time, mixing after each addition. Add in vanilla extract and mix until combined. 2. Next, whisk in the flour , baking soda and salt until fully combined. Lastly, fold in chocolate chunks. 3. Scoop cookies onto a parchment lined baking sheet using a medium cookie scoop. Allow the cookies to chill for at least 30 minutes but up to 2 days.4. Once ready to bake, preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Place cookies 2 inches apartment on a separate parchment lined baking sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges just start to turn brown. 5. Sprinkle warm cookies with flaky sea salt and enjoy!
