Ingredients

  • 1 cup Butter Softened
  • 1 cup Peanut Butter
  • 1 1/2 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 2 1/2 cup All Purpose Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Unsalted Pretzels chopped
  • 1 cup Semi-sweet or bittersweet chocolate

Instructions

  • 1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
    2. In a stand mixer, cream the softened butter, sugar, brown sugar and peanut butter together for 3 minutes. Add in eggs one at a time then vanilla.
    3. Add in the flour, baking soda and salt.
    4. Fold in the chopped pretzels and chocoalte.
    5. Using a medium cookie scoop, scoop cookies on to a parchment lined sheet pan and chill for at least 30 minutes and up to 2 days.
    6. Once ready to bake, place cookies 2 inches apart on the cookies sheet and bake for 8-10 minutes.
