Ingredients

Peanut Butter Cookies

  • 1 cup Unsalted Butter room temperature
  • 1/2 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 3/4 cup Brown Sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 2 1/2 cup All Purpose Flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 cup Peanut Butter

Brownies

  • 1 cup Unsalted Butter melted
  • 1 3/4 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1 1/4 cup Flour
  • 3/4 cup Cocoa Powder
  • 1 1/2 cup Chopped Chocolate
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

Instructions

  • 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
    2. In the bowl of stand mixer, cream together butter, granulated sugar and brown sugar together for 2-3 minutes. Add in the peanut butter then mix for an additional 1 minute.
    3. Add in eggs one at a time, being sure each egg is fully incorporated before adding the other. Pour in the vanilla and continue to mix.
    4. Pour in flour, baking soda and salt until the cookie dough comes together. Set aside while you make the brownie batter.

Brownies

  • 1. In a microwavable safe bowl, heat chocolate and butter together until fully melted.
    2. Add in sugar then whisk until combined. Next, add in eggs one at a time being sure each are fully incorporated before adding the next. Add vanilla.
    3. Fold in the flour and cocoa powder until well combined. Pour the batter into a parchment lined baking pan then spread the brownie batter evenly.
    4. Using a cookie scoop, scoop peanut butter cookie dough on top then spread evenly.
    5. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the middle comes out clean.
