1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 2. In a microwavable safe bowl, melt butter. Add the cocoa powder, vanilla, coffee and mix together. Let cool for about 2 minutes.3. Add in eggs and sour cream. Next, fold in the dry ingredients until well combined. 4. Pour the batter into a greased 10 inch bundt pan or 2 inch loaf pans.5. Bake for 55-60 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
