Ingredients
1cupUnsalted Butter
1cupDark Brown Sugar
3/4cupSugar
2Eggs
1tablespoonVanilla Extract
2 1/4 cupAll Purpose Flour
1teaspoonBaking Soda
1/2teaspoonSalt
1 1/2cup M&M'smini or regular size
1cupChocolate ChipsSemi-Sweet or Milk Chocolate
1/2cupWhite Chocolate Chips
1/2cupChopped Pecans
3/4cupQuick Cooking Oats
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. 2. Start out by creaming butter, sugar and brown sugar together for 3 minutes. Then add in eggs and vanilla and mix until fully combined. 3. Next add in your in dry ingredients the all purpose flour, baking soda and oatmeal and mix until fully combined. 4. Remove the bowl from the stand mixer and fold in m&m's, pecans, chocolate chips and white chocolate chips. Using a medium cookie scoop, scoop the dough into a parchment lined baking sheet and bake at 350° for 8 to 10 minutes or until the edges just turn golden brown. 5. Enjoy!
