1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Spray a 10-15 cup Bundt Pan with non-stick baking spray. Set Aside. 2. In a medium bowl whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt together then set aside. In the bowl of a stand mixer, beat the sugar, orange zest and butter together until light and fluffy, about 2 minutes. Add the eggs in one at a time being sure to scrape the sides and bottom of the bowl after each addition. 3. Next add in the vanilla, sour cream and blood orange juice. Lastly, mix in flour and be sure that it is fully incorporated.4. Pour the batter into the greased bundt pan and bake for 45-55 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Blood Orange Glaze
1. Mix together the blood orange juice and powdered sugar until smooth. Pour over cooled bundt cake.
