Salted Peanut Butter Milk Chocolate Blondies

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 sticks Unsalted butter
  • 3/4 cup Peanut butter creamy
  • 1 cup Light brown
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 tablespoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate
  • 2-3 oz Milk Chocolate Chunks
  • 2 cups All Purpose Flour

Instructions

  • 1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
    2. In a microwave safe bowl, melt the butter and 1/2 cup of peanut butter. Stirring every 30 seconds until melted. Add in sugar, brown sugar, vanilla and eggs. Add the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.  Before adding the chocolate chips, make sure the bowl is cool to the touch.
    3. Spread 1/2 the dough into the bottom of a prepared pan. Spoon the rest of the peanut butter on top of the dough carefully spreading it. Add the remaining dough on top. Bake for 20-22 minutes. Remove from the oven and place milk chocolate pieces on top. Put back in the oven for about 2 minutes to get the chocolate to melt. Sprinkle with a little sea salt if you like and let cool.
