Salted Caramel Pretzel Chocolate Chip Cookies

Chocolate chip cookies loaded with caramel pieces, crunchy pretzels and sprinkled with sea salt.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Butter Softened
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 1 1/2 cup Dark Brown Sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 2 3/4 cup All Purpose Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 20 Baking Caramels
  • 3/4 cup Pretzel Pieces
  • 1 cup Chocolate Chips
  • 1 tablespoon Seasalt

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat Oven to 350 degrees.

    2. Cream butter and both sugars for 3 minutes. Add in 1 egg at a time. Add in Vanilla.

    3. Mix in Flour. Then add the chocolate chips and caramels.

    4. Remove the mixing bowl from the mixer and fold in the pretzel pieces.

    5. Bake for 11-12 minutes.

    6. Once the cookies come out of the oven, sprinkle the cookies with sea salt. Enjoy!!
