Ingredients

  • 1 cup Peanut Butter
  • 1 cup Butter
  • 1 cup White Sugar
  • 1 cup Packed Brown Sugar
  • 2 Egg
  • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 2 1/2 cup AP Flour
  • 1 Teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 Teaspoon baking soda

Instructions

  • 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
    2. In a large bowl, cream the sugars and butter until well blended. Beat in the egg and vanilla. Add dry ingredients. Scoop onto cookie sheet. 
    3. Bake for 8-9 minutes.
