Easy fudgy flourless chocolate cake dusted with powdered sugar.
1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9 inch leakproof springform pan.
2. In a microwavable bowl, melt the butter and chocolate chips. Melt in 30 second increments. Add to the bowl of a stand mixer.
3. Add in the sugar and vanilla, then add in the eggs one at a time being sure to beat until smooth. Lastly, add in the cocoa powder and mix until smooth.
4. Pour the batter into the springform pan and bake for 25-30 minutes.
