White Chocolate Raspberry Blondies

Chewy, gooey white chocolate raspberry blondies!

  • 1 cup Butter
  • 1 ¼ cup Light Brown Sugar
  • ½ cup Sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 T Vanilla Extract
  • 2 ¼ cup All Purpose Flour
  • ½ t Baking Powder
  • 1 t Salt
  • 2/3 cup White Chocolate Chips
  • 1 cup Fresh or Frozen Raspberries


  1. Instructions:
  2. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9x13 inch baking pan with non-stick baking spray.
  3. Grab two bowls, in the first bowl measure out your dry ingredients. In the second bowl, grab a microwavable safe bowl, melt butter.
  4. Add in the brown sugar and sugar to the melted butter, mix until well combined.
  5. Next, add in the eggs and vanilla. Mix until combined.
  6. Gradually stir the flour into the wet ingredients.
  7. Fold in the white chocolate and raspberries until just combined. Be careful not to overmix.
  8. Pop into the oven for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
