Cinnamon Swirl Loaf

Cinnamon and Sugar combine to make this perfectly moist bread.

  • 1/2 cup Unsalted Butter softened
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Brown Sugar
  • 2 Eggs Room Temperature
  • 2 cup All Purpose Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 cup Milk Room Temperature
  • 1/2 cup Sour Cream Room Temperature

Cinnamon Sugar

  • 1/3 cup Sugar
  • 2 teaspoons Ground Cinnamon


  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Next spray your loaf pan with non-stick cooking spray.

    2. Measure out all of your dry ingredients and place them in a bowl. Set Aside.

    3. In a mixer or in a separate bowl,combine softened butter, brown sugar, sugar and eggs. Then the sour cream and the milk.

    4. Next scoop in your dry ingredients. Mix until just combined so you don't overwork the batter. Whatever isn't properly mixed can be mixed by hand.

    5. Pour half the batter into the loaf pan, add the cinnamon sugar mixture on top. Add the remaining batter and add the remaining cinnamon sugar on top, making sure to pat into the batter and swirl it in.

    6. Bake at 350 for 55-60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Enjoy!
