What you need to make monster cookies
- Butter
- Brown Sugar
- Sugar
- Vanilla Extract
- Eggs
- Quick Cooking Oats
- All Purpose Flour
- Baking Soda
- Salt
- Chopped Pecans
- Chocolate Chips
- White Chocolate Chips
- M&M’s

How to make classic monster cookies
Start out by creaming sugar and brown sugar together for 3 minutes. Add in eggs and vanilla then mix until fully combined. Next add in your in dry ingredients, the all purpose flour, baking soda and oatmeal. Mix until fully combined. Remove the bowl from the stand mixer and fold in oatmeal, m&m’s pecans, chocolate chips, and white chocolate chips. Using a medium cookie scoop, scoop the dough onto a parchment lined baking sheet and bake at 350° for 8 to 10 minutes or until the edges just start to turn golden brown.
Tips for a perfect cookies
- Store the Cookies in an airtight container for up to three days
- Cookie dough can be frozen for up to 3 months
- Be sure not to over mix so you don’t end up with dry and crumbly cookies
- Store leftover dough in the fridge for up to 2 days

Chewy Christmas Monster Cookies
Ingredients
- 1 cup Unsalted Butter
- 1 cup Dark Brown Sugar
- 3/4 cup Sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 1 tablespoon Vanilla Extract
- 2 1/4 cup All Purpose Flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1 1/2 cup M&M's mini or regular size
- 1 cup Chocolate Chips Semi-Sweet or Milk Chocolate
- 1/2 cup White Chocolate Chips
- 1/2 cup Chopped Pecans
- 3/4 cup Quick Cooking Oats
Instructions
